auto ssl installation problem

hello when i use /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/install_lets_encrypt_autossl_provider to install lets_encrypt Im facing the following errors: Cpanel::Exception::HTTP::Server/(XID f6r6s8) The response to the HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) "GET" request from " indicated an error (404, Not Found): 404 Not Fo" at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/HTTP/Client.pm line 132. I just tested an installation of this plugin on a Ubuntu system and that worked well: info [install_lets_encrypt_autossl_provider] Completed apt execution "-y --download-only -o Dir::Cache=/tmp/ipq6kW8YN9 -o Dir::Cache::archives=/tmp/ipq6kW8YN9 -o Acquire::Retries=3 -o Dpkg::Options::=--force-confdef -o Dpkg::Options::=--force-confold install cpanel-letsencrypt-v2": in 4.413 second(s).
  so this likely indicates an issue with your local system being able to reach that network. Can you run this on the command line to see what is returned? curl https://securedownloads.cpanel.net/cpanel-plugins/cpanel-plugins.list

  Thanks for the additional details. It seems like there is a problem with the operating system itself if it's not recognizing security certificates. Can you confirm that this is Ubuntu 20.04?

  Yes, it is Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-122-generic x86_64) of course, I was able to install this plugin in another way:

  That's definitely odd, as those URLs should work no matter what. You might want to speak with your host to see if there is a resolver issue or other network problem that would keep the downloads from working properly.
