    Awstats only has web server traffic. The cPanel number will also include FTP, POP/IMAP/SMTP. So the cPanel number is a more accurate representation of the actual bandwidth used.

    Ok, then the cPanel number should be greater, correct? Now, my usage is cPanel bandwidth: 3.4 TB Awstats bandwidth: 14.8 TB

    cPanel number "should" be higher, but we don't rely on either. We have access to the switch ports, and that's the best place to measure.

    @ImperialTrader - if the large use was recent, it's possible the interface cache hasn't updated either. Those values get cached as pulling them in real-time would greatly slow down the interface. It's been a couple days since your original post - do you still see the differing values?
