Syntax error in JSON file

Hi, I have a 20-GB site. I want to migrate it of server. I'm doing the same that I've done with other sites. Backup the home directory and the database with Cpanel Backup Wizard and restore it with the same Backup Wizard. But in this site, it always throws this error. What JSON file? How can I solve this? I've tried to upload the zip and decompress it with Cpanel File Manager but it always, also, throws some kind of error and I can't complete the migration. Thank you very much in advance, for anyone who can give a hand.

  Is anything in relation to that error output in -- / usr / local / cpanel / logs / error_log

  Hey there! When this happens, there is usually something wrong with the backup that keeps it from being restored. If you have root access to the server, can you watch the cPanel error logs with this command while you perform that account restore? tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
  and let us know what you find there?

  Thanks. It is a shared server, I don't have access to the file system.

  Thanks for that information. Since that is the case you'd want to reach out to the hosting provider or datacenter to have them check the error on their side, and hopefully they will find helpful details in that log.
