Hey there! There are a number of reasons that page can hang, but a common one is an issue with the resolvers on the machine. Can you confirm the entries in /etc/resolv.conf are working well? If there are issues with the resolvers some of the tools may not connect properly and can cause the interface to hang. If the resolvers seem to be working well, you may need to submit a ticket to our team as we often need to perform a trace of the process in order to see the root cause of this behavior.

Hello, All resolv.conf matches across all servers. I wondered if there may be something involved with DNS...what about ports? Say, being blocked by a firewall? If not, then yes, I will proceed to open a ticket.

A quick update. Tonight, they finally ran...but, after long periods between scanners. Apache took about 15+ minutes to even move to the Security assessor. That then took just as long. Basically, a security scan is taking close to 45 minutes to complete, when they normally take a minute or less (our newest machine, though specced similarly, just with new hardware, takes about 30-45 seconds). So, something has changed in how it responds on the older systems...but, with no logging, there is no way to know why. I will probably open a ticket on this...but, at least they run...just extremely slow.

We'd definitely like to see a ticket on that if you can get one submitted to our team!

I am seeing the same issue on my VPS CentOS v7.9.2009 cPanel Version 106.0.9. The security advisor scan takes about 30 minutes to complete, whereas it used to finish in under a minute. Did you ever find out what the issue was?

@klmb - I don't have any additional details on my end, but feel free to create a ticket on this so we can investigate.
