Support ticket expedite not working
I am trying to expedite a ticket but i got an error unhandled exception string: malformed json string, neither tag, array, object, number, string or atom, at character offset 0 (before "can't connect to sto...") at /home/support/lib/tickets/ticket/purchaseprioritysupport.pm line 109.

They are still working on this, but apparently it is intermittent so we're trying to ensure this gets fixed in all cases. 0 -
