    fixed this by " /scripts/upcp -force "

    Are you using a nulled cpanel? It interferes with chattr commands in nulled cpanel software, changes the file name as chattr2.

    That's interesting, as I wouldn't normally expect a cPanel update to have anything to do with the chattr command, since that is controlled by the operating system.

    I don't have any specific ideas on this as it is something that shouldn't happen. If you run "which chattr" on the command line, what is the output?
