domain name doesn't resolve correctly and i didn't find any solution for it

    Hi, Make sure following dig query returns correct A record, if you have already configured the domain via your own nameservers. dig A xxxxxxx.com @your-server-nameserver if this returns the correct A record, then isn't your nameserver issue it could be an issue with your domain registrar side. make sure the domain is added with the correct nameserver once again and check with the domain registrar side if the domain has any issues.

    i have try the commande you shared with me it return the correct ip@ of server but what can we do to resolve this issue

    That means your nameserver doesn't have an issue for fetching IP from the zone, it leads to a domain issue. you can check with the domain registrar and raise the same issue there. I hope they will help. also can't say the exact issue without debugging in detail.

    For DNS issues it's best to work with an admin or your host - without us being able to see the domain name (since you shouldn't post domains to the Forums for security/privacy reasons) it's tough to tackle DNS configuration problems over the Forum.
