delay 61 - 62 seconds in email delivery | godaddy vps

Hi All, I bought a vps from Godaddy and set up the mail server well and everything works fine. I receive / send well, but there is a delay in email delivery of up to 60 seconds, I want to get the highest rate of speed in the mail delivery well. Does installing the SMTP relay server incorrectly can cause this delay? Below is a picture of the email headers check result:

  Hey there! Can you let me know where you're seeing the 60 seconds delay? Is this when sending a message or receiving?

  i talked with godaddy assistants and they said this As this is cPanel Emails, there will be a delay in mails.

  There isn't a specific reason related to cPanel that emails are delayed. I don't consider 30-60 seconds a delay at all, as that is just normal internet traffic.
