WHM error - SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT

Suddenly getting SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT error on WHM interface. Forced-updated & restarted did not help. Not working neither with hostname nor with direct IP. Any suggestions? Running CloudLinux 7.

  Are you using Cloudflare ?

  No, not using CF for server - saw that post - everything goes and points straight to us. :/ Update. It turns out this is issue with my ISP - when connecting through VPN or another provider - everything works. :/
