Massive problems trying to export MBOX files.
I'm trying to download clients' emails using MBOX export from Horde.
It seems to not actually produce a file. Just opens a tab, and no download appears.
It occasionally works, so it's a really inconsistent problem.
How should I resolve this?

Hey there! Do you see any errors inside the cPanel error logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log? If not, have you tried performing an export from Roundcube instead to see if that works better? 0 -
How do tou export from Roundcube? I'll try that but I thought Roundcube could only export one message at a time. 0 -
I'd also recommend getting familiar with Roundcube, as we plan to remove Horde in a future version. 0 -
These were really, really unhelpful replies. I do know how to export with Horde. It just doesn't seem to work. As I said, there is a massive problem with both Horde and Roundcube. - Horde doesn't actually produce files. - Roundcube can only export one email at a time as far as I know. If there's some way to resolve this using Roundcube, I'm all ears. 0 -
