Php showing blank

when i open the file in php its showing blank, fille permission 644 how can i fix this isuess

  Not quite sure what you're asking here. Are you talking about the php.ini file for the server? Or just any php file you're trying to access? If you're unsure of your settings, try creating a php file with the line: phpinfo(); and opening it in a web browser. If php is properly installed that should show you all the configuration settings on the server/account.

  in cpanel if i open any php file its showing blank and unable download any files also . edit only ftp through. why is that?

  Have you checked the site or main Apache error log?

  Yes, I have checked but errors showing.

  So there are no errors showing up in the cPanel or Apache log when you try and edit that file?
