Cpanel file Detecting character encoding

When I edit (open) the wp-config.php its taking more time that mean still loading see the screenshort why is that

  Hey there! Can you provide more specific details on this issue? I see you had another thread about the cPanel >> File Manager tool, so I'm wondering if they could be related issues.

  Hi there cPRex, This is hapening to me too but it doesn't even load. I open cpanel interface, go to File Manager, and when I am trying to edit wp-config.php it opens this dialog and it is stuck there indefinitely.

  @talexandru00 - If you have root access, could you open a ticket with our team about this issue so we can try and reproduce that behavior? You could also try checking the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file while you perform that work to see if there are any helpful details listed there.

  @khnaz35 - I did some more research on this and we've had some other clients run into this problem when using third-party providers for ModSecurity rules. Do you have any such rules configured in WHM? At this time, we only provide support for the OWASP rules, so other custom rule sets could cause odd behavior like this.
