Block email by Subject - Globally

Hi all, Is there a way to block emails, by subject line in WHM? Why? I have been getting constantly bombarded by emails, all from different domains, all with the same subject line! I want to make sure none of my clients get the same emails. I asked my host about it, and they said it would have to be done at the Exim level (above my paygrade :P) Is there an easy way to do this?? Thanks in advance, -Joe

  Hello, Yes, it is possible. In the Email filter section first create new filter then setup the rules. To block specific subject line emails In the rules filed select Subject as the criteria, contains as the operator, and type the subject line you wish to block. Select either Discard Message or Fail with Message as the action. Regards,

  @HostNoc - that would work for one domain, but there aren't any global email filters in WHM. In WHM there are country filters and domain filters in WHM >> Email, but not the same level of filtering that is present inside cPanel. In order to do this, you'd need to do some custom Exim filtering on the command line.
