Hey there! I'm not aware of a way to do this - if the forwarder shows up for the end user, it would also be available for them to remove from the cPanel interface. I'm also not sure we'd want to add something to the cPanel interface that the user couldn't remove, as that could lead to confusion. Can you get me more details on the use case for that type of feature?

The most appropriate thing is that account holder know that it exists, but if it does not appear in the cPanel interface, it is also adequate to cover the requirement.

Thanks for the details. Normally I'd recommend opening a feature request, but I'm fairly certain we wouldn't want to add some type of secret forwarder that the client can't handle. Can you let me know why you need this setup and how the client would know without being able to see it in the interface? Do you just need a CC of the messages that go to the account?

This is needed because we have an integration to external software that is imperative receive some notifications through mail messages. We configure it with a virtual forwarder but today we notice that some user deleted the forwarder by mistake but this error caused a big problem. So that is why i am exploring this possibility in order to avoid this problem.

I think the best solution for this is user education - make them aware there's a specific forwarder in place that is critical to their account, and then anyone with access to their cPanel should know to leave that alone.
