DNSOnly not resolving

Hello guys, I am not particularly sure is what is wrong here. we setup a dnsonly server to host ptr records of IP addresses. for some reason, it appears that the ptr records are not resolving from the server. DNSonly uses Powerdns. dns zones are in /var/named/ when I try to perform dns query, there is no result. dig ip_address ptr @dns1.dns.com any tips guys where should I check this?

  Hey there! In general, I would not expect PTR records to be hosted on a cPanel, except in very rare cases. Usually these are handled by the hosting provider or datacenter, so you'd want to contact them about getting those PTR records configured on their side.

  in normal domain dns are also not propagating or resolve. i am also facing the same issue. But when i move the domains to cloudflare, then it will resolve.
