    Have you tried to click on the "Switch to Apache" at the bottom of that screenshot?

    I would try the "Switch to Apache" button first to see if that gets Apache up and running. If not, it will at least eliminate Litespeed from the troubleshooting process, and we can focus on Apache. If Apache still doesn't run after that work, what happens when you try and restart Apache from the command line? It should provide you with a helpful error message if the restart fails.
