Problem with the incoming email by one account
Hi,
I have more accounts on my whm server and one of my costumer has problem with his emails. Many of his partners get this answer from our server:
"
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
cryde2017@gmail.com
(ultimately generated from a****t@a****t.hu)
host
550 5.7.1 for more information."
I check it in email logs, and the strange thing is that my costumer get every email twice, one is goes wrong and get this answer, and one is accepted.

In the accepted email information everything seems normal

But in the other email something goes wrong with the gmail, but neither the sender nor the receiver has anything to do with gmail.

the other accounts are working fine.
Thanks for helping me!

Hey there! Are there any forwarders are filters on the account that may be duplicating this message? If not, this might be a better question for Gmail, since they are the ones filtering that particular message. It also doesn't make sense to me how one message could be accepted and another rejected if they are coming from the same machine, so talking to Gmail directly would be the best plan. 0 -
Dear cPRex! You were right! The owner of the domain has set an email address in the "global forwarders", just forgot it! Thanks for the help 0 -
I'm glad that's all it was! 0
