What is currently the best CENTOS build for cPanel? Would that be whatever the latest V8 is?

  Hey there! The best option would be AlmaLinux 8 at this time. CentOS 8 is no longer supported and AlmaLinux has created their own replacement for CentOS. You can find more details on that here:
