You can always start the process by sending an email to cs@cpanel.net if you're having difficulty creating a traditional support ticket.

Update, after adding a new volume i thought it was everything ok but the problem is still happening, is there anything i have to do in order to make the new volume work with the whm? because when i see the disk usage it shows up the new volume so i thought it was ok. No clue what to do next?

Ok, i have cleaned 10gb of space on the main disk, added a new volume to the droplet and mounted it to the whm. How can I make it so new accounts only use the new added volume instead of the one that is almost full?

In general, it's best to name the new mount point "/home2" so it can be automatically read by the system for new accounts.
