Hey there! Is this the root-level notification? If so, that would be the main admin email for the server under WHM >> Basic WebHostManager Setup.

I honestly don't know. Under Setup I have 2 places for email. The first is "in case a problem arises with this server", and I have my primary email address there. The second is the third input in the form, it says "enter an email address that accepts replies to notification emails". It's blank, but I can't imagine that it's relevant to this issue. I see that I had an email with the subject "cPanel Service SSL Certificate Warnings" on August 24, but that's the last one. I had a certificate expire yesterday, though, and no warning. So something changed after August. I found under "Contact Manager" that most of the AutoSSL notifications were set to "Low". I changed it to "High", so that might help.

If the 'High' option is what triggers an email, that should definitely help! If not, feel free to submit a ticket so we can check it out.
