    What @HostNoc said - we need more detail about this issue in order to help. We also need to know if you have root access to the server or only access to your cPanel account.

    I creat a new database user then error. I have update SQL Maria DB 10.6 in WHM.

    Thanks for the additional details. The only thing you can do with that error would be to check the cPanel error log file at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to find out additional details about the problem. If you only have cPanel access to the account you'll need to reach out to your host to have them check that for you.
