Better malware protection?

Hi! Is there a free or low cost alternative for malware filtering in WHM/Cpanel? I'm using Spamassassin+ClamAV out-of-the-box (without any special configuration), and there are lots of trojans (and mails with links to download trojans, so well done that my users think they are real) going through. Is there a better (and not TOO expensive) way to filter email trojans in CPanel? Thanks!
