404 Error pages after migration

After server migration, most of the websites are showing 404 Error except index page. Index page is working and all other page is 404. Old server was apache and the new server is litespeed. thats the only difference.

  First, I would check if .htaccess files(for all accounts) are transferred or not.

  We need more details to help with this one. Do you see anything in the Apache logs or the local account's error log when the 404 is triggered? Do test pages that you create also give a 404?

  Most probably .htaccess file was not copied from the old server, check your .htaccess file and root domain address in your website settings.
