    YEah it has to be something on this computer. That is what has me. I had ISP tech over and he plugged his laptop in direct to the router and the page came up on his. He got the user log in screen.

    My only guess is that there is some type of deeper cache on the computer that hasn't been cleared, but since it's isolated to that particular machine there isn't anything you can do on the server side to resolve that.

    Is there an entry for that hostname in your local hosts file? For Windows, Start->Run "cmd
    " and run more c:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
    : by default, all lines should start with a "#" symbol - if there are any more, then that is most likely the issue (open up that file using Administrator privileges in notepad or similar to remove those additional lines). On a Mac, the file is in /private/ etc /hosts
