unprotected/redirect.html?goto_uri=
I don"t know if this is the right spot. My webhost says the issue is my ISP. My ISP just left. They brought their laptop out and it worked fin on their laptop.
When I try to go to mail.domain.webmail:2096 I get unprotected/redirect.html?goto_uri= reidrect issue... screen shows for a second with 2 buttons then flashes and goes blank. I have flushed DNS, flushed web cache. I don"t know what else to do. I was sure the ISP was blocking a port or something, but when he plugged his laptop up to the router and the user log in screen populated.... It has to be something on my computer. I am not running any firewall (that I know of) or AV. I did have Norton installed at one time.
Can anybody help or direct me where to go and get help?

Hey there! What happens if you try a different browser that you don't normally use? 0 -
Happens in Firefox, Chrome and Edge. 0 -
Does it only happen on one machine? If you try from your phone, things are working well? 0 -

YEah it has to be something on this computer. That is what has me. I had ISP tech over and he plugged his laptop in direct to the router and the page came up on his. He got the user log in screen.0 -
My only guess is that there is some type of deeper cache on the computer that hasn't been cleared, but since it's isolated to that particular machine there isn't anything you can do on the server side to resolve that. 0 -
Is there an entry for that hostname in your local hosts file? For Windows, Start->Run " cmd
" and runmore c:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
: by default, all lines should start with a "#" symbol - if there are any more, then that is most likely the issue (open up that file using Administrator privileges in notepad or similar to remove those additional lines). On a Mac, the file is in /private/ etc /hosts0
