Website got error This Request Takes Too Long to Process
Hi,
I have website on cpanel hosting running on Wordpress 6
Previously website is load fine without issue,
Yesterday my website wont load, stuck at This Request Takes Too Long to Process.
I tried to disable htaccess, use wordpress default htaccess, disable all plugin and enable default theme but still error any idea why this is happened?
After contating my website support and restoring cpanel config from jetbackup5 website is working again, i just wanna ask, does anyone also happened to have this issue before? and if yes what is the reason? and can i avoid this in the future?

Hey there! Without root access to the server, it might be difficult to troubleshoot this. We also may be missing some data since the old version of the site has been restored. If this happens again, it would be best to check the errors either in cPanel (as the user) or have your host check the Apache log for additional details as the root user, to see if thye can identify a specific page or tool causing the problem. 0 -
