Cannot create addon domain subdomain 2022

Error: (XID 5ryasp) This domain points to an IP address that does not use the DNS servers associated with this server. Transfer the domain to this server"s nameservers at the domain"s registrar or update your system to recognize the current DNS servers. To do this, use WHM"s Configure Remote Service IPs interface. I want to add subdomain. I have "domainname.com", now I want to add "sub.domainname.com" always failed. My domain use DNS from cloudflare, then I add A point to IP hosting. I have tried add NS to nameserver hosting before on DNS cloudflare.

  You'll have to reach out to your host then to see what options you have to deal with this, as it's up to them to control this feature.

  anyway this is correct? A record points to IP address, or better use name server?

  Side 1 looks correct to me. I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking at with side 2 as I wouldn't expect you to need to change the nameservers.

  yes, me to have same problem adding addon domain or sub domain for addon domain it always redirect to main domain

  @gilanggumilar - you would need to just add a new domain and choose a different document root than the main domain, and I would expect that to work properly. Your screen should look something like the below screenshot when configuring this:
