No output for /scripts/whoowns

grep DD /etc/trueuserdomains user & user domain /scripts/whoowns DD no output grep DD /var/cpanel/users /var/cpanel/userdata user & path & reseller name I have tried /scripts/updateuserdomains /scripts/updateuserdatacache Nothing changed, user exists but not /scripts/whoowns.

  and where do you see "DD" on the server? If /scripts/whoowns doesn't show it up then it might be alias?

  The next thing to check would be files in /var/cpanel/userdata to see where the entries are stored there.

  You would likely have to use "grep -R" to get all the directories and files underneath those areas.
