Hey there! I don't understand this portion of your question: "My problem is that I Can't now reinstall new server now migrate my c-panel to new machine, because my company will stop work" Everything on your server will continue to work well, but you won't receive security updates. I would strongly recommend migrating to an AlmaLinux 8 or CloudLinux 8 machine as soon as possible.

And one more thing ... i was trying last weekend to migrate and prepare new server, but c-panel doesn't allow me make trial registration c-panel to be abble start migrating process because my IP-s are allready used back in 2014-2017 for trial and not allow me. Is it possible to whitelist 2 IP addresses (84.242.134.35 / 84.242.134.37) so I will be abble to make one new c-panel and migrate old one witch is active and licensed (84.242.134.36)

As long as the license is active you can keep using WHM on the old system. If you aren't able to get a trial license for a new machine, please contact our Customer Service team through a ticket or through cs@cpanel.net and we can help with that license.

One last question. From a security point of view, there won't be a problem with WHM because it's not updated as I use Barracuda to protect emails?

There are definitely security issues with the operating system itself. If it's only on your local network that's a bit better, but it's still not a good idea to have something that old running production websites.
