    Hey there! No worries about questions - that's what we're here for! The "Sorry" page happens for one of two reasons - the DNS isn't configured properly for the domain, or the Apache vhost isn't configured on the correct IP address. If you do a simple "ping" to the subdomain, do you get the correct IP address you expect in response? That's the first, and easiest thing, to check to start the troubleshooting process.
