Hey there! I'd recommend removing and reinstalling the Let's Encrypt plugin using the details here:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled nothing but the same problem. However the command line tells me that it was uninstalled and vice versa. Is there another reason ? PS : the ip present is the current one of my server.

Can you try disabling the firewall on your server to see if that makes a difference? Can you also make connections to other outbound sites, such as a basic "ping google.com" from the server?

I can ping external sites and check the firewalls are disabled

Could you create a ticket with our team so we can check this directly on the server? I'm not sure what else could be causing this if the firewall is fine and other connections are working well.
