SSL for Subdomain

Hi, I have a primiary domain, example.com and use a wildcard domain, *.example.com for a Wordpress Multisite setup. When I add a new site in Wordpress e.g. newsite.example.com its not secure - no https. I've tried adding the subdomain A records into the primary domain, but still no joy and I can't see it in my SSL Status either. The primary domain is secure BTW. I'm a noob I'm afraid but I hope someone can explain where I am going wrong. Thanks. Steve

  Hey there! You'll want to be using the Let's Encrypt SSL provider to ensure that wildcard certificates get properly configured:

  Thanks. Sectigo was installed by default but they changed it to Lets Encrypt and it all works now!
