How can I update SSL certs using SSH with expired Cpanel license?

I have my cert files already from ssls.com but my cpanel license is expired. I'm trying to update ssl for a subdomain. I would just try lets encrypt but I already bought 4 years of certificates 3yrs ago and I don't want to waste the last one lol How can I upload and setup my cert files from ssh? I have 3 files, private key, crt, and ca-bundle. I generated CSR private key using browser at ssls.com instead of from server. navigating the files on a server running cpanel isn't the same as a basic apache server so i'm having trouble finding anything. I can't afford any downtime from a mistake. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I doubt that works if license is expired :rolleyes:

  AutoSSL tools and the cPanel interface will not work if the license is expired.
