Not sending or receiving all emails
A client is complaining that they're not receiving all their emails, and recipients aren't receiving all their sent emails.
According to Track Delivery Recipient Email, they should have received 14 emails, this morning, and 2 were rejected as junk mail so 12

Hey there! We need a bit more information before we can help. The best thing to do in this situation is check the Exim logs directly to see if each message you expected reached the log and was processed by your server. If so, I would expect the log to show you some type of failure as to why the message wasn't delivered. If you see anything you have questions on, post the log here (with public domain/IP information removed) and we can help interpret that data for you. 0 -
I have the Same issue & i make it fix first Disable the Mail Scanner From Service Manager & Reset Exim then reboot the server it will work 0
