Mysql Optimization Required

Hi Mates, Could anyone help to optimize my mysql. I don"t have technical knowledge of linux. Server mysql are taking 30-35GB ram and 70% cpu always. Max connection is 10000 because when i do defualt setting. Sites goes down and took 30-60s for load. When i do 10000 connection then it work fine. I don"t know why this is happening. Servers specs: Ryzen 5950x with 128GB ECC DDR4 4X2TB NVMe(Raid-1) Using Cloudlinux, cpanel, litespeed and Imunify360.
