    Hey there! in general, you shouldn't use the main "username@domain.com" address for actual work, as that is used by the system for processing. I'd recommend either sending the unrouted mail to a specific address with the "Forward to address" option, or using the "Discard" option so it doesn't get handled at all.

    Hi cPRex, thanks for taking the time and answering this. I get that and it makes sense, however, there are messages being sent to this, so how do I read them?

    In cPanel >> Email Accounts you should see the username account with a blue button labeled "system" next to it. You can click the "check email" button to the right of that account to view those messages.

    Hi, does anyone have a tip on how to read the emails in for example Outlook?

     

    I simply cant get the account to "stick" to outlook.

     

    Are there any special tips?
