Hey there! If the messages are being sent by WordPress through PHP, I would expect them to be blocked by this tool. With the number of users taking advantage of WordPress Toolkit, I haven't come across this issue before - are these manual WordPress installations on the machine?

We do not deal with the Wordpress Toolkit as it is manually installed. I guess it is related to config settings. Maybe you now how to manage "nobody" from sending WP mail.

Thanks for the additional details. You may need to look into a plugin such as WP Mail SMTP by WPForms " The Most Popular SMTP and Email Log Plugin as that allows you to use SMTP authentication to send email from WordPress, so it won't be sent as the "nobody" user.

Thank you for the message. What about a server SMTP as I noticed 'nobody' also from cPanel server?

You don't want to send email as "nobody" - ideally that is restricted through the option in WHM >> Tweak Settings.
