Whm process load issue

I"m checking top -c and facing this load issue. This 2 process are taking 100%+ always. may i know what"s process mean and why it is taking to much load. thank you.

  Hey there! There isn't enough information in the screenshot for us to provide any details. Can you expand the window a bit so you can see the rest of that line? Right now, it's cutting off at the "+" symbol, but there is more data there if you can enlarge that window. If I had to guess, and I do, it would be MySQL using the resources as that runs from /usr/sbin, but you'd need to confirm on your side. If that's the case, you'll want to troubleshoot the MySQL server directly to see how busy that service is.
