IPs used by Gmail to download email using POP3

Hello, I am suggesting one of my customers download his emails into Gmail using POP3 but it seems like my cPanel firewall is blocking the source IPs so I was wondering if you know where can I find a list of their ranges?

  Hey hey! Google itself says these change all the time, so they don't publish a list or range:

  Well, it's not the firewall then! What error is he getting on the Gmail side of things when he tries to perform that work?
