NGINX Manager uninstall Causes Apache Logging Problems?
Hi,
I installed NGINX back in October but it was causing a couple of sites problems and uninstalled it. I recently noticed that the Visitors log stopped working in October and hasn't displayed stats since, according to file dates. I didn't realize that NGINX possibly caused the problems until I read this topic:

Hey there! That user wasn't able to create a ticket, so I was never able to get more details. Could you create a ticket with our team so we can check this? 0 -
Oppps! I forgot to logout yesterday. LOL Sure, thanks. 0 -
Had an error trying to write the rest for some reason although I've never actually posted it...I only previewed it??? Anyhow... I tried doing the "Workaround" from the above link and got this: [QUOTE] ==> cPanel Log Daemon version 26.0 ==> Ignoring lastrun files and running all stats now ==> cpanellogd will exit after stats have run
I checked the Visitors and finally stated to see logs for one domain. When I tried to run Awstats it showed me some stats from the 24th. I clicked "Update Now" and it said it couldn't because it was running in the background. So, I knew something was happening. I figured I'd wait for 24 hours to see what happens. If it doesn't work out then I'll send in a ticket. Thanks, Steve0 -
It looks like it's working again! I hope this helps someone else. :) 0
