Too many "Received" headers - suspected mail loop

Too many "Received" headers - suspected mail loop in cpanel Mail server....but the mail id not available . Exim rejecting the mail.. Is correct process or any problem with mail..

  Can you ensure that the domain has the proper configuration in cPanel >> Email Routing?
