@webstyler - there were some issues with the connection to Sectigo early this morning, but those have been resolved. Are you still seeing the same problem at this time?

Did the team not run a test before signing the issue off as resolved? How come it's taking so long to resolve this?

No, that was actually me misinterpreting the last message I got, and it was never actually resolved.

Right... So how come the issue is taking so long to resolve and by what time can we expect it to be resolved by?

The issue is related to a problem on internal cPanel machines. Our team is working on it at this time, but I never provide an ETA for any issue.

i see a suggestion on that page to use the "Let's Encrypt" provider as a workaround, but I don't have that provider listed.

You would need to install that, although there's no guarantee it will properly issue the certificate with the current issues:

Installing and changing to Let's Encrypt worked. thanks.

Update - as of this point, the 503/504/"Generic Exception" errors should be resolved. However, there is going to be a *massive* influx of SSL ordering and processing while we work through the backlog, so I would expect to see the more standard "cannot currently accept incoming requests" error due to Sectigo ratelimiting. As always, switching to Let's Encrypt may make the process smoother for you if you have SSLs that are critical and need to get them in place sooner than later.

Installing and changing to Let's Encrypt worked. thanks. Is it going to create any problems to my previous certificates that I have alrighty in place??
