Problem with delegating mailing lists

    Hello! Your English is fine! When you delegate the emails that should have access to the list, are those email accounts on the same cPanel account?

    Hi, Thank you in advance for your help. Yes, the accounts used for delegation are from our domain. They are created from cPanel in "Email"/"List Email Accounts". As explained in my previous post, this delegation was working (See Support-03.png and support-04.png). But today, it is impossible to put it back.

    I'm not able to reproduce this on a test server with a mailing list, so I can't say for sure what may be happening. If you have root access to the server, could you open a support ticket with our team so we can take a look directly on your machine?
