Reverse DNS (PTR) DNS Errors Occurred

I have problem in Email Deliverability so I can't send any mail The system failed to complete validation of "*****""s "PTR" because of an error: (XID 8txwcd) DNS returned "SERVFAIL" (code 2) in response to the system"s query for "*******.in-addr.arpa""s "PTR" records. Note : I'm the owner server ( root )

  Hey there! Is your server's hostname server.j****r.net? If so, I do see that there is a PTR record configured for that address. If that is NOT your server's hostname, you'll want to contact your hosting provider or datacenter to have them adjust the PTR record to point to your machine.

  Login to whm and check there. If your hostname is not valid in ptr record you have to contact to server provider to change the ptr records.
