CPANEL-42261 - Webmail - Set up email on your device form broken
In the main webmail area where you can have instructions sent to setup your device the Send button is greyed out. What could be causing this and how can this be solved?

Hey there! Are you logged in to the default email account on the server - username@domain.com? If so, this option is grayed out to discourage people from actively using that as a live email address. 0 -
No, I logged in through a test email account. We have also added friendlies before we go live and they have reported the same thing. Also, on cPanel 108.0.6 if that helps. 0 -
I'm not finding much for my end on this issue. Could you create a support ticket (if you have root access to the server) so we can take a look? 0 -
I created support ticket 94521996 through WHM. I noticed there was no priority support. I linked my account that opened this ticket to the main account which the licenses are under for the company but the original ticket did not follow. In order to get priority support I have created a new ticket referencing the original ticket. The new ticket # is 94522054 0 -

Thanks for flagging and tracking this issue. I'm running cPanel 110.0.5 on the RELEASE tier, and it's still an issue, so I look forward to seeing the fix in a downstream release. 0
