Webmail login errors

I have a client who is getting errors when he attempts to log into webmail. User successfully gets to When he enters his ID/PW he gets to HORDE (yeah I know it is being removed soon) he gets the Horde page with the message... User xxxx@hisdomain.com is not authorized for Mail (Host ###.###.###.###) Host is his IP. This just started happening today. The only thing that I recall changing recently is that earlier today I removed PHP 74 from the box. Any ideas how I can resolve this issue? BTW, I can successfully log in to his webmail from my computer...

  Additionally the IP is NOT blacklisted in CPHulk nor is it blocked in csf.

  Hey there! If the access is working from your workstation, have he tried using a different browser or clearing the cache? There may also be more details about this in /var/log/maillog.

  He is using safari and he did try clearing cache. He is a solid Mac user and has no other browser installed. (You knoq how those Mac users are, they are afraid of real computers. LOL!)

  Just got a call from him. He is able to log in now. I had logged in and switched him form Horde to roundcube and that let him in. Hmmmm.

  That's odd for sure, but he should start getting used to Roundcube now anyway :D
