Mysql folder in full backup is empty

Hey guys I have two servers that cpanl have been installed on both, Manual and automatic backup work perfectly in one server but backup doesn't work properly in another one. In one of servers Mysql folder is empty (in full backup) and when I try to download Mysql via "Download a MySQL Database Backup" it just downloads a 1 kb file, Database works perfectly in phpmyadmin and I can export and imp[ort it manually without any problem Do you have any idea how can I fix that?

    Hey there! Do you see anything helpful in the cPanel error log file while you perform that work? That would be at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log.

    I checked error logs I get permission denied error I logged in as root

    Are you saying you are getting permission denied on the error log itself, or that is the error you're seeing in the logs? If you're logged in as root on the command line, there isn't a reason that /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log would show permission denied.

    When I run that command you mentioned It returns permission denied message, Yes I logged in as root.

    I didn't provide any commands to run on the server. /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log is a text file of the cPanel logs, so you'd need to open that with a text editor to view the contents.

    I can't find the 'usr' directory in the home directory when I go to cpanl account via "List Accounts" in WHM

    This is something that you would need to examine over an SSH or Terminal connection to the server through the command line as the root user. More details on that process can be found here:
