problem with certificate parent cpanel - run autossl no work

I have problem with certificate, my server with sub domain subdomain.domain.com not renew certificate, the domain into server if have the certificate for any motive the server not inherits the certificate, it is cause the domains in the server not actualize the certificate. Show the next image in the panel WHM show the error, have any relation with problem ? in link

  Hey there! It looks like the AutoSSL request has made it to Sectigo, and the SSL is just waiting to be issued. Normally that doesn't take very long, but sometimes there can be a delay. Normally I would tell you to switch to the Let's Encrypt provider (The Let's Encrypt Plugin | cPanel & WHM Documentation) but it seems your hosting provider has disabled that function of the cPanel license. Since that is the case, you would need to contact your license provider if the SSLs do not get issued in a reasonable amount of time.

  If the certificate still has not been issued at this point, you'll need to contact your hosting provider as it seems they have made adjustments to AutoSSL on their end.
