cant acess back of website

tech spastic here, I cant see anywhere to flick from Cpanel to back end of website to make text and photo changes and to install updates etc. I have transferred over from hostnine where there was an arrow in the top corner to flick between the 2. . can anyone help me with instructions in plain english no abbreviations please :) Thank you

  Hey there! In cPanel, this would only be possible if your site is using WordPress. Do you know if your site was built on WordPress? Do you have root access to the entire server or just access to the cPanel account?

  Hi and thanks for that, yes the site is wordpress not sure what root acess is? but i bought a reseller account if that helps. I would normally just do the web adress with /wp login which takes me to a login page but i cant remember the password, rather its been changed, and i dont know how to get around it.

  Thanks for the additional details. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do on our end for this issue, as you'll need to work with your hosting provider or datacenter to have them reset your WordPress password. Please reach out to them and they should be able to help.
