cPanel / Webuzo Static IP

Why does cPanel require static IP network service which is a pain to set up/maintain on servers whereas Webuzo install works fine without any manual setup? Why can cPanel not use the same setup as Webuzo? Whenever using cPanel on OVH/Hetzner Cloud/Dedicated servers with AlmaLinux 8/CloudLinux 8 you have to manually go through network-scripts to set up static IP etc which is a pain. Not needed on Webuzo.

  Hey there! I'm not finding any "official" reasons why, but it's almost certainly due to license tracking and verification.

  Hello, Can you please explain how this can be done? Which address should be used and where should it be entered? Actually, I am facing an issue where, when we restart the server, we need to connect with VNC to restart the network service, otherwise we will not be able to reach the server. Thank you in advance for your help.

  @foxmedo what do you get if you do this? systemctl is-enabled network
